Purchasing Policy

Order Placement

  1. Online Orders: All orders must be placed through our official website, EstheticFormula.com.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum order of $85 on all orders.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept credit card (visa, mastercard). We do not accept Amex.

Full payment must be received before the order is processed.

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed,  a confirmation email will be sent with the order items. Please review and confirm all information is correct.
  1. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days pending all raw materials are available. If they are not, your order will be ‘back-ordered’ and you will be notified.

*You can indicate in the comments section when placing your order  if you want us to ship what is ready and then ‘back-order the out of stock items until they are available to be shipped. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Methods: Shipping is done by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated once your order is processed in house and is done based upon weight. 
  2. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Currently we have noticed standard shipping is taking longer than usual.  
  3. Tracking Information: A tracking number will be generated and sent by email once the order is shipped.
  4. We only ship within the United States and Canada.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns. Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any return.

  • Time Frame:  Returns must be authorized within 72 hours from receipt of product and will not be accepted without our prior authorization. Once a return is approved the item must be shipped out within 3 business days. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in our original packaging to be eligible for a return. If Esthetic Formula original labels are removed, the product will not be eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fee applies: Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as [opened or used skincare products, sale items, gift cards].
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Make sure items returned are packaged in protective wrapping to prevent damage during shipping. If items are damaged in transit this may affect the refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Keep in mind shipping times vary depending on destination which may impact the time to receive the exchanged product.

 

Return Process Steps to Follow:

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 72 hours from receipt of product at support@estheticformula.com or 714-375-0395 (note we are in Pacific Standard Time zone) with your order number and reason for the return and include any necessary pictures.
  2. Return Authorization: Written approval must be received from our customer service before returning the item. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within.
  4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at.

Shipping fees for returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If any loss or damage during shipping of an item being returned due to customer error or choice, customer will be responsible for any cost to replace lost or damaged product. It is imperative to make sure returned products are packaged in protective wrapping just as we sent to you- to prevent damage during shipping. If items are damaged in transit we will not refund those items.
